WHEN IS MY PACKAGE SHIPPED?
Shipments are made Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. The preparation of your order begins as soon as your payment has been validated by our anti-fraud services. LaPoste collects our parcels from Monday to Friday at 5 p.m. Any order placed before midnight and whose payment has been validated, is prepared and shipped the next morning, except Fridays, Saturdays and public holidays.

FootKorner offers the exchange or refund service:
During the Christmas period you have up to 60 days from receipt to make a return. Return the affected product(s) to us with the original packaging. Return costs are your responsibility as the customer.
In case of exchange : Please specify in the comment of the return form the new size desired. The exchange will be made according to the availability of the article. If the item is unavailable in the requested size, we will refund it. A confirmation email sent to you with the new Colissimo tracking number.
In case of refund : We will make it upon receipt of the return package (a confirmation email will be sent to you) within 3 working days from the date of delivery of your return package.
