The offer and sale of products on our website ( www.footkorner.com ) are governed by these General Conditions of Sale. The products purchased on www.footkorner.com are sold directly by FK WEB. ("FK WEB" or "the supplier"), having its registered office in France, registered with the RCS Versailles under the number 504 731 068 00012 and residing at 99 BOULEVARD DE LA REINE 78000 VERSAILLES, hereinafter referred to as "FOOT KORNER.

For any information, we invite you first to read the following conditions of sale and to consult the pages Exchanges and returns , Delivery and FAQ . If you need further information you can contact our support department by email at contact.footkorner@gmail.com .

The supplier offers products for sale on www.footkorner.com and carries out its own e-commerce activity exclusively for end users who are end consumers. By "Customer" we mean any natural person who is operating for purposes other than any business or professional activity that may be carried out. If you are not a "Customer", we invite you to refrain from entering into commercial transactions on www.footkorner.com . In view of the business policy described above, the Supplier reserves the right not to accept orders from anyone who is not a "Customer" or orders that do not comply with its business policy as set out in these terms and conditions.

1. OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT

The present General Conditions of Sale govern exclusively the offer, transfer and acceptance of purchase orders of products on www.footkorner.com between the users of www.footkorner.com and the supplier. On the other hand, the present General Conditions of Sale do not govern the supply of services or the sale of products by entities different from the supplier that would be present on www.footkorner.com through links, banners or other hypertext links. We advise you, before forwarding orders and purchasing products and services from entities other than the supplier, to check their conditions of sale, since the supplier cannot be held responsible for the provision of services or the sale of products by third parties, or for the conclusion of electronic commerce operations between users of www.footkorner.com and third parties.

2. FOOTKORNER PRODUCTS

The essential characteristics of the products are presented on www.footkorner.com inside each of the product sheets. However, the images and colors of the products offered for sale on www.footkorner.com may not correspond to the actual colors under the effect of the Internet browser and the screen used. In the event that the products presented on www.footkorner.com are no longer available or on sale at the time of the last access to the site or the sending of the order form, the supplier's duty will be to communicate to the customer, promptly from the transmission of the order to the supplier, the possible unavailability of the products ordered. In case of transfer of the order form and payment of the price, the Provider will take the necessary steps to reimburse the amount that the customer has already advanced within thirty (30) days from the payment at the latest.

3. PRICING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The prices indicated on the product sheets are expressed in Euros and include all taxes, excluding shipping costs. The applicable value added tax is the one in force in metropolitan France on the day of the order. The prices of the products may be subject to updates. Please check the final price before sending the order form. Orders delivered outside of metropolitan France may be subject to possible taxes and customs duties (to be paid exclusively by the customer) .

4. ORDERING PROCESS

Orders can only be placed on the website www.footkorner.com . It is necessary to create an account on the site before placing an order.
If the customer already has a FOOTKORNER customer account, he/she will have to identify himself/herself with his/her e-mail address and the password he/she chose at the time of registration.
The customer is required to provide valid postal information when placing an order.
Delivery costs are added to the total amount of the articles. By transmitting the order form electronically, the customer unconditionally accepts and undertakes to comply with the present General Terms and Conditions of Sale in their dealings with the supplier. If the customer does not agree with any of the terms indicated in these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, we invite him/her not to finalize his/her order on www.footkorner.com .
Upon receipt of the order, the supplier will send in return, by email, a notice of receipt of the order. This email of confirmation will present a summary of the information indicated in the form of order (General Conditions of Sale, information relating to the essential characteristics of the product, the detailed indication of the price, the means of payment, the existence of your right of retractation and the times and costs of delivery).

5. TERMS OF PAYMENT

The payment of the order can be made with the means of payment Credit card, Paypal and payment 3X without expenses.
For payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Bancontact), American Express cards are not accepted.
In the event of payment by credit/debit card, the financial information (for example, the credit/debit card number or the due date) will be transferred, by means of an encrypted protocol, to Be2Bill (our payment intermediary) or to other banks that provide services related to remote electronic payment, without third parties being able to have access to it under any circumstances.
Such information, moreover, will never be used by the supplier, except to complete the procedures related to your purchase or to issue refunds in case of possible return of products in accordance with the right of withdrawal, or, in the event that it would be necessary to prevent or report to the competent authorities the occurrence of fraud on www.footkorner.com .
The price for the purchase of the products and the shipping and delivery charges, as set forth in the Order Form, will be charged to your Account when the Order Form is transmitted to the supplier.

6. TERMS OF DELIVERY

Deliveries are made in France and in Europe.

Orders placed before midnight are prepared and shipped the next day, except on Fridays, Saturdays and holidays and unless the payment is not validated. The order can have a delay of delivery following the analysis of this one by our anti-fraud service.
In the event of error or omission of the customer in the communication of the address of delivery, www.footkorner.com could not be held for person in charge for the impossibility of delivering the ordered products. The expenses of delivery following the update of the coordinates will then be the responsibility of the Customer.
FOOTKORNER.com can resend the package if it cannot be delivered to the customer. This reshipment is paid for by www.footkorner.com . The customer will be responsible for the cost of a second reshipment.

8. ORDER RECEPTION & RETURNS

The customer is required to check the conformity of the package upon receipt of the order.
Any anomaly concerning the delivery such as:
- Damaged package,
- Missing products,
- Products not in conformity with the order,
must be notified within 30 days of receipt of the order.

If a product does not meet the expectations of the customer we will proceed to a refund of the product as soon as possible and no later than 30 days after the date on which the right was exercised. The refund will be made by crediting the customer's credit card that placed the order. Products returned damaged or soiled, or having been worn (except for a simple and brief fitting) or used outside by the Customer, or whose labels have been removed, will not be accepted.

The customer must then inform the customer service department by email at contact@footkorner.com or by telephone from Monday to Friday on 06.76.72.60.95 (from 10am to 5pm). After this period, no claim can be taken into account by FOOTKORNER.com
For non-conforming products, the customer will be required to fill in and indicate the anomalies in the return form to be placed in the parcel. The customer will only receive by email a return form already stamped to be printed.

Once the non-conformity has been established, FOOTKORNER.com will offer the customer :
- The replacement of the article(s)
- The refund of the article(s)

9. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The customer has the right to terminate the contract with the supplier, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within thirty (30) days from the day of receipt of the products purchased on www.footkorner.com .

In this case, the customer will have to return the products to the supplier by giving them to a carrier of his choice within thirty (30) days following the date of reception of the order.

The only costs to be borne by the customer are the costs of returning the products purchased.

The supplier will make the necessary to carry out the refunding under the conditions specified below within a maximum period of thirty (30) days as from the exercise of this right.

In the hypothesis where the modalities and the terms for the exercise of the right to renunciation specified in the article 8 would not have been respected, the customer will not have the right to the refunding of the sums already paid to the supplier and the possible expenses of return of the products will remain with his load. However, if the customer requests it, he will be able to obtain again, at his expenses, the products in the state in which they were restored to the supplier. In the absence of such a request, the supplier may retain the products, in addition to the sums already paid for their acquisition.
The supplier, in the event of exercise of the right of retractation, has the faculty not to accept the return of the products which are deprived of their label, of their packing of origin or which were altered in their essential or qualitative characteristics or which were damaged.

Returns of orders made on www.footkorner.com cannot be accepted in store. They will have to be made only by return to the warehouse whose postal address is mentioned above.

10. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF REIMBURSEMENT

After the return of the products, the supplier proceeds to the checks of respect of the conditions of retraction and return such as specified in article 8. If these checks result in the respect of the aforementioned conditions, the supplier makes the necessary to send to the customer, via e-mail, the confirmation of the acceptance of the products thus turned over.
In the event that there is no correspondence between the recipient of the products indicated in the order form and the person who made the payment of the sums due for the purchase, and in the event that the right of withdrawal is exercised, the reimbursement of the sum will be made by the supplier, in all cases, to the person who made the payment.
For purchases made by credit/debit card, the date of the new credit will be that of the confirmation of acceptance of the returned products.
Refunded orders will be refunded at the invoiced amount. Refunds do not include discount codes or any other exceptional benefits.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method as for the order, except for orders placed by e-card, which will only be refunded in the form of a gift card that can only be used on FOOTKORNER.com .

11. PERSONAL DATA - CNIL

www.footkorner.com collects a certain amount of information necessary to process orders. The information collected is strictly confidential and will only be used by www.footkorner.com , and/or its service providers in connection with the management of the Customer's order and his FOOTKORNER customer account.
Following any injunction from legal authorities or in order to defend its rights or those of its employees, customers or any other person, www.footkorner.com will be able to communicate these data to the legally authorized bodies and authorities.
FOOTKORNER.com undertakes to take all necessary precautions to ensure the security of its files and the protection of its computer system, and in particular to prevent the Customer's personal information from being distorted, damaged or accessed by unauthorised third parties. The Customer's personal information is sent to and stored at the site's host located in France, whose contact details are listed on the site under the heading Legal Information.

In accordance with the law "Informatique et Liberté" of January 6, 1978, as amended by the law of August 6, 2004, the Customer has the right to access, rectify, modify and delete data concerning him.

12. COOKIES

In order to process the Customer's order, and with the aim of better knowing his needs and personalizing the services offered on the Site, FOOTKORNER.com uses cookies. A cookie is a computer file stored on the hard disk of the Customer's computer, the purpose of which is to indicate that the Customer has visited the Site.
The cookies memorize, the time of visit of the Customer on the Site, his identity (known thanks to his e-mail address and his password) and the contents of his basket. Once disconnected from the Site, this information is stored for 30 (thirty) days before being permanently deleted.
The Customer can oppose the recording of cookies by configuring his Internet browser. He will then lose all personalization of the service offered on the Site.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Ordering on the Site implies the knowledge and the acceptance of the procedures in force on the Internet network in particular as regards the technical performances, the times of response, of connection, the queries or transfers of information, the risks of cut, the risks of contamination by virus circulating on the network and in a general way all the risks related to the use of the Internet network.
www.footkorner.com shall in no case be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage resulting from misuse or incident related to the use of the computer, access to the Internet, maintenance or malfunction of the servers, telephone line or any other technical connection, the connection of the Customer to the Site being made under his full responsibility.

14. APPLICABLE LAW

If any of the terms of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale should be declared null and void, illegal or unenforceable by a court decision, the other provisions of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale shall remain in force. The General Terms and Conditions of Sale are executed and interpreted in accordance with French law. In the event of litigation the customer will address by priority to www.footkorner.com to obtain a friendly solution and in the absence of agreement, the Courts of common law will be only qualified.

15. MEDIATOR IN CASE OF DISPUTE

In case of difficulties in the application of the GTC, the customer has the possibility, before any mediation and any legal action, to seek an amicable solution in particular with the assistance of a professional association of the branch, an association of consumers, the European service of on-line settlement of the litigations ( https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr ) or any other council of its choice.
