How to make a return to Footkorner.com
WOULD YOU LIKE TO RETURN AN ARTICLE?
You have 30 days (from receipt of your order) to make your return.
FootKorner offers the exchange or refund service:
Return the product(s) concerned to us along with the original packaging. We provide a prepaid return label.
The website is independent of the stores, which means that any purchase made on the site must be returned to us. Returns to the store are therefore not permitted.
Please respect the following return conditions:
Items must not be washed, worn or damaged.
Tracksuits sold as a set must not be returned mismatched.
Shoe/flip-flop boxes must not be taped or used as return packaging (the box must be intact).
MAKE A RETURN :
1. REGISTER YOUR RETURN
From this space:

Enter your order number and email address.
Select the product(s) to return and the reason.
Choose between a credit, a refund or an exchange.
Confirm your return.
From your customer account:
Log in and click on "My Orders".
Select the order and click on "Details" > "Create a return".
2. AFTER CONFIRMATION
Print your Chronopost return label.
Place the products in their original packaging.
Drop off your package at a Chronopost Pick-up relay point.
The return will be processed within 72 working hours of its receipt at our premises. A confirmation email will be sent to you to confirm that it has been processed correctly.
MAKING A RETURN - outside the EU
1. REGISTER YOUR RETURN

Enter your order number and email address. Select the product(s) to return and the reason. Confirm your return.
From your customer account:
Log in and click on "My Orders". Select the order and click on "Details" > "Create a return".
2. AFTER CONFIRMATION
Print your DHL return label.

Place the products in their original packaging. Drop off your package at a DHL relay point.

DEFECTIVE ARTICLE OR ARTICLE DIFFERENT FROM THE ONE ORDERED?
Contact us through the "Contact" section of our website, department: "Defective, product error" so that we can quickly provide you with the most suitable solution.
If a product does not meet the customer's expectations, we will refund the product as soon as possible and at the latest within 30 days of the date on which the right was exercised. The refund will be made to the credit card of the customer who placed the order. Products returned damaged/dirty or having been worn (except in the case of a simple and brief fitting) or used outside by the Customer, or whose labels have been removed, will not be accepted.
All products purchased during sales/promotions/flash sales will be refunded at the purchase price.
