How to make a return to Footkorner.com

WOULD YOU LIKE TO RETURN AN ARTICLE?

FootKorner offers an exchange or refund service:

During the Christmas period you have up to 60 days from receipt to make a return. Please return the product(s) to us with the original packaging. The return costs are at the customer's expense.

In case of exchange: Please specify in the commentary of the return form the new size desired. The exchange will be made according to the availability of the article. If the article is not available in the requested size, we will proceed to the refunding of it. An email of confimaration will be sent to you with the new number of follow-up colissimo.

In case of refund: We will proceed with the refund upon receipt of the return package (a confirmation email will be sent to you) within 3 working days from the delivery date of your return package.

Please respect the following return conditions:

Items must not be washed, worn or damaged.

Tracksuits sold as a set must not be returned as a set.

Shoe/shoe cap boxes must not be taped or used as return packaging (the box must be intact)

1. PRINT YOUR RETURN FORM

2. PREPARE YOUR RETURN PACKAGE

Put the product(s) back in the original packaging.

Accompany the returned items with your completed returns form and the invoice for your original order.

3. SEND YOUR RETURN PACKAGE

Drop off your parcel at your usual post office and send it to the following address (return postage is not refunded):

4. WE PROCESS YOUR RETURN PACKAGE

Upon receipt of your parcel in our warehouses, our customer service department will check that the return instructions are respected (unworn item with label and original packaging).

If the conditions are met, we will exchange or refund the item within 3 working days (this is the usual delay).

A confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as your refund is made.

DEFECTIVE ARTICLE OR ARTICLE DIFFERENT FROM THE ONE ORDERED?

Contact us through the "Contact" section of our website, department: "Defective, product error" so that we can quickly provide you with the most suitable solution.

If a product does not meet the customer's expectations, we will refund the product as soon as possible and at the latest within 30 days of the date on which the right was exercised. The refund will be made to the credit card of the customer who placed the order. Products returned damaged/dirty or having been worn (except in the case of a simple and brief fitting) or used outside by the Customer, or whose labels have been removed, will not be accepted.

All products purchased during sales/promotions/flash sales will be refunded at the purchase price.
