How to make a return to Footkorner.com

You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to return your item(s).
Exchange or Refund
FootKorner offers an exchange or refund service.
To return an item(s), please send them back in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
All return requests must be made online through our dedicated portal.
The website is independent of FootKorner stores. All purchases made on the website must be returned to our warehouse. In-store returns are not accepted.
Return Conditions
Please adhere to the following conditions:
Items must not be washed, worn, or damaged.
Tracksuits sold as a set cannot be returned separately.
Shoe and slide boxes must not be taped or used as return packaging.
Products must be returned complete, in their original condition and with their labels.
MAKE A RETURN:
1. REGISTER YOUR RETURN
From this space:

Enter your order number and email address.
Select the product(s) to return and the reason.
Choose between a credit, a refund or an exchange.
Confirm your return.
From your customer account:
Log in and click on "My Orders".
Select the order and click on "Details" > "Create a return".
2. AFTER CONFIRMATION
Print your Chronopost return label.
Place the products in their original packaging.
Drop off your package at a Chronopost Pick-up relay point.
The return will be processed within 72 working hours of its receipt at our premises. A confirmation email will be sent to you to confirm that it has been processed correctly.
MAKING A RETURN - outside the EU
1. REGISTER YOUR RETURN

Enter your order number and email address. Select the product(s) to return and the reason. Confirm your return.
From your customer account:
Log in and click on "My Orders". Select the order and click on "Details" > "Create a return".
2. AFTER CONFIRMATION
Print your DHL return label.

Place the products in their original packaging. Drop off your package at a DHL relay point.
The return will be processed within 72 working hours of its receipt at our premises. A confirmation email will be sent to you to confirm that it has been processed correctly.
Defective product and legal guarantees
In the event of a defective, damaged, or non-conforming product, the Customer is invited to contact our customer service department at contact@footkorner.com.
Products sold by FootKorner are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided for in Articles L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, as well as the guarantee against hidden defects provided for in Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code.
These legal guarantees apply independently of this commercial policy regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.
The Customer's rights under the legal guarantees are not limited to the fourteen (14) day withdrawal period.
Legal right of withdrawal
In accordance with Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a legal right of withdrawal of fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of their order, without having to provide a reason.
The right of withdrawal is a legal right separate from FootKorner's exchange or refund policy.
To exercise this right, the Customer can submit their request via our returns portal or contact our customer service department at the following address: contact@footkorner.com.
The Customer then has a maximum of fourteen (14) days to return the products in question.
Refund terms
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, FootKorner will refund the amounts paid for returned products in accordance with applicable regulations.
The refund will be issued no later than fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of your withdrawal request.
However, FootKorner may withhold the refund until the returned products have been received or until you have provided proof of shipment from the customer.
The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the original order, unless otherwise agreed by the customer.
