If your order is not yet in the preparation phase, you can still cancel or modify it. If the deadline has passed, you will not be able to cancel or change your order. However, you have 30 days to return it to us after receiving your order.

During the Christmas period (November 15 to December 25) the deadline for returning your order is 60 days.

Our customer service handles your cancellation or modification requests from Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm.

Please take into account that the preparation of your order starts as soon as your payment has been validated by our anti-fraud services. Any order placed before midnight and whose payment has been validated, is prepared and shipped the next morning at 6:00 am, except on Fridays, Saturdays and holidays.

When several people order the same product at the same time, it may be out of stock. In this case, an account manager will proceed to the regularization of your situation and will propose you an adapted solution.
