Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of fourteen (14) days to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to provide a reason or incur any penalties.

Withdrawal period

The withdrawal period expires fourteen (14) days after the day on which the Customer, or a third party designated by them other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the Product.

In the case of an order for multiple Products delivered separately, the period begins upon receipt of the last Product.

How to exercise the right of withdrawal?

The Customer may use the standard withdrawal form provided below, but this is not mandatory. Any statement clearly expressing the intention to withdraw is acceptable.

Return of Products

The Customer must return the relevant Products within a maximum of fourteen (14) days from the date of communicating their decision to withdraw.

Products must be returned:

in their original condition;

unworn, unwashed, and undamaged;

accompanied by their original tags and packaging whenever possible.

Direct return costs are to be borne by the Customer.

Enter your order number and email address.

Select the product(s) to be returned and the reason. Choose between store credit, a refund, or an exchange.

Confirm your return.

From your customer account:

Log in and click on "My Orders".

Select the order and click on "Details" > "Create a return".

2. AFTER CONFIRMATION

Print your Chronopost return label.

Place the products in their original packaging.

Place the "recipient slip" inside the package.

You must drop off your package at a Chronopost Pick-up point.

The return will be processed within 72 business hours of receipt at our facility. A confirmation email will be sent to you once it has been successfully processed.

Refund

In the event of a valid exercise of the right of withdrawal, FOOTKORNER will refund all payments received from the Customer, including any standard delivery costs charged at the time of the order.

The refund will be issued no later than fourteen (14) days following receipt of the withdrawal request.

However, FOOTKORNER may defer the refund until the Products have been recovered or until the Customer provides proof of shipment of the Products, whichever occurs first.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, unless the Customer expressly agrees to a different method.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for, among other things:

Products made to the Customer's specifications;

clearly personalized Products;

other categories of goods or services excluded by applicable regulations.
